We accept back, at no cost, equipment or components which originated from the Seller facility if they were misrepresented to the customer, and/or if they are comprised of or contain hazardous Electronic Equipment but were subsequently determined to be non-functional, once retested by the Seller, including those broken during shipment due to the fault of Seller or significantly different than described.
Seller warrants that for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery all Products purchased through our auctions will be in working condition under normal usage. We do not further warrant in any way the functionality or performance of any item. In the event of any breach of this Limited Warranty, the sole responsibility of the Seller will be to replace the item in question with the same or a substantially equivalent Product or refund the amount paid by the Customer at the sole discretion of the Seller. This Limited Warranty applies only to the actual items purchased on our eBay auctions. This Limited Warranty does not extend to cosmetic damage or ordinary wear and tear, battery life, failure to follow instructions, if any,included with the Product, damage, abuse, misuse or accident by Customer or modification, repair or service of the Product by anyone other than the Seller or as authorized by the Seller. It is the Customer’s responsibility to assure compatibility of the Product purchased with other software, hardware or equipment, and “incompatibility” is not covered by this Limited Warranty.
EXCEPT SPECIFICALLY AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, OR RESPECTING INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PATENT, TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT OR OTHER RIGHT, ALL OF WHICH WARRANTIES THE SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS. IN NO EVENT, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORSEEABILITY OR CAUSE THEREOF, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR ANY DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF ANY SOFTWARE, DATA OR REMOVABLE STORAGE MEDIA, OR FOR ANY CLAIMS BY THIRD PARTIES FOR SUCH DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING , SELLER’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR LOSSES OR LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD HEREBY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE THEREOF.
For any return RMA (return material authorization) must be obtained from the Seller. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Seller, Customer must prepay return shipping costs. RMA’s shall be valid for a period of fifteen (15) days after issuance and returned items must be received by the Company within such 15-day period. Rejected items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition as received by the Customer – the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging and accessories. A 15% Return/Restocking Fee plus applicable handling charges on shipments that are returned to the Seller will be charged unless the product is defective. The Seller may decline any returns received more than 30 days after the date of purchase where the product is not defective.
AS-IS items are advertised as such, are sold with all faults and no warranty is provided.We will not refund or replace any AS-IS item, please do not ask.Not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors of products herein.
Assets graded as A, B,C, M are tested for Key Functions.
